you are overworked, they never have enough equipment on hand god forbid patients want a POC = portable oxygen concentrator we are told to tell the customer they are on back order when they are not only because we have a contract with Medicare and we are supposed to carry everything from the bid again that’s a joke this is a DME co. with no equipment and when they get it it’s not in good condition ask the customer.
