Good people bad management - Recensione dipendente - Warehouse Operative presso Lindab

Bad management from top to bottom. Short sighted , don’t look after the warehouse workers. Ignorant managers who don’t even speak unless they have too. Awful health and safety. Workers having Covid and no deep clean or hot water in the workplace. Glad I got made redundant along with many others who are now better off working for far better people. Overall theirs some good people remaining but unfortunately their surrounded by ignorant managers who just put their bad decisions on other people.
