Everyone in our office is wonderful and fun to work with. Not a bad gig for a college student looking for their first full time job.

Pay is poor at best and every center is understaffed. Most of the staff does their work and work for another employee or two since regional manages look to keep costs down by not hiring more employees and taking weeks to approve equipment. Upper management will also push policies and agendas that hamstring everyone in attempts to boost their own quarterly bonuses. Policies will change every couple of weeks usually for the worst while everyone says its to make everyone in the company more accountable.

Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
