There are some very experienced and knowledgeable people at BOC.

Those experienced and knowledgeable people are generally ignored by management who push through plans without any consideration for their actions. Very much a clique at Guildford and Manchester offices, don't look for advancement unless your willing to move to these locations or sell your soul. Slow moving dinosaur in a fast paced world, every change or decision has to be approved by management in Germany so no dynamic decisions are made to advances sales opportunities. As a market leader in the UK for gases it treats its customers with a great deal of contempt, always leaving the field sales person to pick up the pieces and face the customers wrath.
