okay office environment, everyone is friendly

New faces every month since it's mostly intern students

Everyone is approachable. Even the executive leaders of the company are friendly toward interns and can be approached for feedback. You will learn a lot about the field through firsthand experience.

Management is always changing. It is a newer company, so I guess they are still trying to see what works out. Workload sometimes can be a lot, but that goes for all design & build firms. There is also too much emphasis in "performing", even when expressing that you are not comfortable with doing so.
