      My time here was unfortunately one of the most disjointed and unsettling professional experiences I've had. Staff turnover was high, creating an atmosphere of instability. HR was outsourced, and visits often coincided with dismissals, leading to a culture of anxiety and speculation. The leadership team—particularly three directors—displayed a lack of professionalism and empathy. One director, in particular, seemed largely disconnected from daily operations and was frequently absent, sometimes spending much of the working day in non-work-related activities.

      There was and still is a pattern of poor communication and lack of transparency from management, which affected team cohesion. Staff morale was low, and there were frequent signs of stress within the team. Greater focus on leadership development and employee wellbeing would significantly improve the workplace culture.aka new manager.

      Unprofessional leadership from directors lacking empathy and emotional intelligence. Micro management and disingenuous. HR outsourced. Lack of transparency. No real structure. Really uncomfortable environment created by directors.
