      - Claiming an Edu "Tech" company but doesn't has CTO, that makes the code unmaintainable, no code review, no pair programming, just type any code that you want - Bad PM, simply trusting fresh-grad as a project manager - Doesn't care about the code quality, all business people just think about how to deliver fast not good - Speaking about fast, the deadline is unreasonable, the PM is a yes-man without proper SLDC knowledge

      Lean and supportive coworkers and managers. The supportive coworkers environment you can ever think of. No unnecessary bureaucracy and/or seniority/bullying at the workplace.

      Svantaggi

      Worst C-levels. Unclear higher level management. Treating financial distress as a "phase". Not competitive salary and very limited benefits.
