Number one, I feel valued. My successes are acknowledged. The whole company is comprised of very smart and competent professionals. The environment has challenged me to elevate my skills and grow professionally. A lot of areas to independently work on new and exciting projects.

Some Processes in the company are still developing. I get to work on some exciting implementations. But, my role isn’t necessarily an easy plug and play.

The team is amazing! They're super passionate about the technology and material applications, and they're eager to elevate the organization. The company has an outstanding group of employees, and the leadership is direct, intentional, and motivated. Working with the team has been incredibly enjoyable. I don't feel like a contractor and it's refreshing to have such a strong partnership with a company driven to grow strategically in their unique industry. Additionally, there are great benefits and a lovely office location in San Rafael. The team and culture are both innovative and collaborative.

I haven't observed any firsthand cons. However, it's important to note that this is a startup environment, which may not be suitable for everyone. The team is navigating this exceptionally well and is working to build a clear and concise vision for everyone in the organization to follow and be empowered by.
