Coming with some prior experiences as a corporate recruiter and agency recruiter, my experiences at Link2USA have been amazing. Since starting, I've had GREAT training from my manager, as well as, the opportunity to recruit for many different roles which are all in tech. The companies and partnerships Link2USA has are exclusive so as a recruiter, when you get a requisition, it's yours and you are not competing with another recruiter within the company or outside the company. This alone has been a game changer as in my previous agency roles I was competing with other recruiters from other companies. The growth I've had working with these roles has been stellar. In some ways, I feel I'm getting my MBA in recruiting! As a side note, the tech companies I've worked with so far have all involved really cool tech so it makes it exciting and easy to talk about with candidates.

I've worked on some very challenging roles and with that some growing pains have come with it. It's part of the job and nature of what we do. At the end of the day, I feel good about being challenged and when the challenging role is filled it's very rewarding. I also learn a lot from these experiences. Be prepared to learn and grow.
