Reorganisation in late 2025 with Mars Veterinary Health was detrimental to Uk & I business. Lots of fire fighting and proposed processes that are unfit for purpose. Work life balance became a thing of the past.
Outside of salary, other benefits are lacking - stat min pension, no optionality to buy or sell holiday. PMI for some but not for others.
The RVNs, PCAs, Interns, Client Care Team and the majority of Clinicians - all collaborative and working to the best of their ability for the patients.

Unfortunately in a state of decline in the years post acquisition. More bureaucracy and power-hungry middle-management, which leads to ground floor staff being overworked and often insufficient cover to manage patients in hospital, due to burn-out, illness and lack of colleague sustainability being taken into account. Ultimately left as they made it impossible to return post-pregnancy.
