      Relatively smaller company means more visibility. Growing fast, opportunity to move up. Good leadership, great networking opportunity. Good people all around.

      Unlike the other major studios the pay is lower than industry standard. Smaller teams and high volume usually mean overworked employees.

      The motion picture department I worked with was great. Very helpful and professional. I learned a lot.

      The HR department is so petty. The SR Manager of Talent Acquisition, in particular, is so immature. Resentful of those who don't work in HR. The HR department in total is toxic and bitter, and resentful of those who don't have to work in HR because we took the initiative to develop our skills outside of working in HR.
