Paid below market rate. My contract was for 40hrs a week, but had to work 60+ including weekends with no overtime. Even when my wife had a baby, there was no flexibility on this.

Great work life balance. Very good culture. You really are part of the family at Bennett. Well organised and great systems/ procedures.
