      Decent family feel to the place on the surface of things. All a few people are stuck in their ways and don't like to change the Liquid way

      Poor technology - and they are less than pleased when told the tech is behind the competitors and it needs updating. and they don't like traders do it themselves.

      There were opportunities to trade multiple products. There were advancement opportunities for younger employees. Good Atmosphere.

      The Chicago office wasn't profitable. Too many employees were not qualified for the job and shouldn't have been hired. Turnover was high among talented employees.
