      Since the arrival of our new owners, things have gone downhill faster than anyone could have guessed. They have displayed no interest in keeping employees happy and instead focus entirely on making money. Most recently, we lost our holiday bonus. Shortly after being appointed as the new CEO, Jim Gieger and company then asked us to lobby on Liquid Webs behalf to lower/eliminate taxes on the company. We were provided with scripts and information on how to contact our local representatives. The company has also gone from hiring 10-20 people a month to hiring 3 people per 6 months.

      Fantastic colleagues, dedicated teams that value their work and are always interested in collaborating, you feel connected to the people you work with even though its a remote org. supportive management and team leads interested in backing their teams and giving environment to grow.

      Rapid changes from top leadership without research have created a reactive and chaotic environment. Managers and teams try to work together but decisions are made at executive level without properly being communited down the line and work ends up done in siloes or with conflicting understanding of the goal.
