      Fully remote - with the flexibility and even encouragement of using co-working spaces once or twice a week too. Great talent - leadership is very knowledgable and good at their jobs. They put in time and effort to keep everyone informed on what's going on in the company and share knowledge. Super friendly and nice team all around - haven't had a conversation that I didn't enjoy.

      None that I can think of. In any smaller company with big goals there is uncertainty and pressure, but that's also a positive!

      Surrounded by team members that always go above and beyond to help each other out. Incredibly smart folks at every level. Entrepreneurial spirit through and through.

      Dispersed team located all over the world, but as long as you can leverage tools like zoom, slack, etc easy to stay connected with everyone. Really strong tools for collaboration AND team building / bonding type sync ups always happening.

      There are no written pay practices or ethics around equity. Because of this there is pay disparity. New positions were listed at higher salaries than existing employees were making after years of dedication. No real HR department for accountability
