Their lack of responsiveness shows a complete disregard for employee concerns and inquiries. - A select few individuals consistently receive preferential treatment, enjoying privileges that remain out of reach for the rest of the employees. - Valuable contributions often go unnoticed. -The expectation to provide hourly updates on tasks often disrupts work and may not accurately reflect the quality of effort invested. -It's fascinating how time suddenly becomes a priority when work is involved, yet it mysteriously vanishes when it comes to addressing employee increments. -It's quite evident that some individuals holding senior positions might not possess the qualities or skills necessary for effective leadership.
