I spent the better part of a decade growing with this company. I started at the very bottom, pounding phone calls everyday. Over the course of my years there I started to take chances/opportunities with positions within the company. Management always allowed me the opportunity to grow as an individual as well as an employee. During my tenure I was continually afforded the ability to "fail gracefully", try something, see what happens and learn and grow from the experience. Eventually I worked my way into a career that I absolutely love. It has afforded me the ability to find a career and not just a job. The culture that was cultivated during my tenure has continued to thrive and is a driving force within the company and the direction in which they point their ship.

At times management is slow to coming to a decision. Not always a negative, but it can hinder growth at times.
