Poor communication, little empathy and high turnover - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Little Steps (IL)

This company does not care about its employees and plays favorites. They lack empathy and do not listen to the feedback for improvement from their employees that no longer work there. The turnover rate is extremely high despite new management (~10-15 over the last year). I would steer clear of a company that only cares about the money it makes and not the well-being and happiness of its employees that make it successful.
