no OT if that is good for you, if you can figure out y adapt to the work y workflow than ok job for not super but ok pay after a few years, 2nd y 3rd shift available

Heat molded plastics smell in air, you get used to it, but first day y on visit meeting b4 employment acceptance it is mega. Work task training by an experienced worker, some care to give good training advise, some don't. Not much training at all normally, some fellow workers care to help you learn and some sabotage your efforts, like most places, most people decent to good. Pay thru temp agency very low, long time worker pay ok. Long time workers there have learned the ropes y how to adapt. Better places available at temp pay.
