Hands down, the best thing about this company is the fact that we have the best value proposition in the US. No other brokers or suppliers can compete with our service and technology. Compensation is as good as it gets and I appreciate the fact that they are very conservative. I have no concerns that they will ever just go out of business like we see happen too often in the ABC niche. These guys are straight shooters and really enjoy being the best at what they do. I have complete confidence when selling to my clients.

Management is very hands off when it comes to the sales team. Maybe too hands off. You are expected to get up every day and execute your sales plan. If you choose not to then they are not going to be there to motivate you to get out of bed. They do provide excellent training and support but you have to be proactive in letting them know what you need.
