The most important benefit of being at LiveRamp is the focus on employee growth. Ever since I joined the company, not only have I benefitted from this focus, I have equally tried to encourage it in others. The growth of the company means there are a lot of opportunities to help improve things, and the company enables anyone to take ownership of these. Additionally, managers encourage their team to take on new challenges constantly. The growth one experiences at LiveRamp is only made better by the smart, nice people that LiveRamp hires. Along with a culture that enables everyone to make mistakes and learn from them without unnecessary reprimanding.

As the company grows, we are still improving on ways in which information can be communicated effectively, and decisions are made through open debate on what is happening on the ground. I think the leadership team will figure it out. In the mean time it is a tough challenge for us, as it is for many other growth companies.
