1: You are in control of your career, pace of upward mobility, and opportunities you receive. You will get out of Lloyd what you are willing to put into Lloyd. 2: Top level visibility for hard work. It's not hard to shine and when you work really hard; it's noticed. Not just because you are the last one in the office, but because the quality of deliverables and above/beyond efforts are noticed. The company wants to praise you and identify top performers. 3: Very process oriented (good for some, this is bad for others). You know what you are getting into, there is process and cookie cutter approaches to resolving issues or executing on things so with little experience, you can figure it out. 4: Exposure to all areas of the business is available to everyone. You have to deal with account managers, finance, service, etc. and liaise most of the time. You own a service ticket or issue start to finish so you "project manage" soup to nuts with it. Great for someone with little experience to see inner workings of a company, versus going into big corporate out of school and seeing one function of the business doing the same job day in and day out.

1: Recognition falls in a few areas typically. Try to branch out and notice the less likely to be praised. 2: Overcommunicate. It's fair to need to do all of the changes and transitions as you form the future of the business and change the messaging/direction of the mission, but be transparent in how difficult it will be and the challenges for the company and individuals it has the potential to cause. Everyone agrees with the changes, but wants some acknowledgement they are sticking through some complex changes.
