Extreme Micromanagement and Excessive turnover rate Terrible pay, You will be told your base is 18,000+ commission However the agency takes a large cut of all of your commissions. When you do the math you'll realize the amount of commissions the agency is taking is either equal to or more than your base. Which means that you are working for commission only but expected to be on the clock and at your desk for eight hours, They even monitor your bathroom breaks... The work environment is extremely stressful and exhausting due to loud mouth unprofessional employees who shout over their cubical With topics ranging from what they ate for dinner last night to personal information about their love life YUCK!!! Benefits are Nonexistent and extremely inefficient for anyone with a family.
