      - Great supportive talented seniours who are always there with you to help you out. - Good exposure for freshers and less exp people - New things to learn and tryout, technological growth is good - nice environment to work with - Flexi timing (applicable only while entering ofc) - Great opportunity to work directly with VPs who are really great in person. - good accounts department - onsite opportunity - Company is taking good efforts in improving process.

      - No Compensation for extra working, either late nights OR on weekends OR even holidays. - You may even not get promissed compensation of weekend working - If you are working for late nights or on holidays nothing new its you job - No efforts of emplyee perks - No Personal life No entertainment No events - BAD APPRAISALS - Rude HR
