      You can do your own thing, and make your own agenda. The management is approachable enough that you can actually start a discussion with them.

      The company does not really value the happiness or comfort of employees. There are many rules, some spoken and some unspoken - no one will tell you about them until you start working there. And some rules will apply to you, but not others and vice versa. Good luck trying to figure them out, and good luck if you're someone sensitive to peer pressure. But it is great fun if you're someone who thrives in chaos and adversity.

      The company is maturing into a full fledged corporation. Communication has improved. Vision has improved. Products continue to be great! With the growth comes some bumps in the road, but it's a great place to grow and develop as the company does the same. Improved pay and benefits.

      Good pay, ok benefits. You get a lunch hour. Sometimes they order food.

      No training! You then get blamed for not being trained! Excuses upon excuses over why they will not train. Favoritism is heavily at play here. Only certain people can work from home, even if in extreme circumstances. Gossip is heavy. Careful what you say, even to management. Expect to either be apart of the clique and have your life consumed buy their world; go home and chat the people you worked with all day, or be shunned as an outsider. Buyer/ employee beware for work/ home life balance if you want to be happy here.
