Flexible hours Nice management Owners really listen to employees and feedback

Could have used more hours during shifts

Lock Chicago was well managed, the owners were extremely involved and made it a great place to learn about the industry. As a college student they were flexible with my other responsibilities and treated everyone fairly. Fun and unique job working at an escape room which I had never done before.

Working with customers can be tiresome as many have not done an escape room before so just make sure you have a lot of energy and are ready for anything.
