No big complaints, other than the no brainer: make sure to take advantage of any career opportunities (training, position openings, etc), but also make sure to "play your hand close to the vest." Some managers get upset if you look outside of your current role or have an overall goal that does not involve your current position. Lockheed is a big company with plenty of opportunities and very successful employees, so I suggest getting a trusted mentor to help out.
