The Money but that's going to change. Layoff the workers who make very good money and bring in new workers who will make a lot less & the benefits will be very poor. They have a factory in Italy that is producing F-35's so they can break the unions there & here. The union has no bargaining power anymore so the worker will suffer while the company will make millions.
