HR is highly incompetent here. They actively fight to keep your salary lower and halt promotions. at an all hands meeting, when asked about recruitment, the VP of HR said, and I quote directly "my job is to make sure that we pay you, but don't pay you too muc." that is a very interesting viewpoint to have for a company trying to recruit top talent and retain it. this year Lockheed had the highest attrition rate and their solution was not to accelerate promotions or increase pay for inflationary adjustments, but to approve unregulated over time. a small bandaid on a bursting pipe. poor work life balance. should you choose to work 4/10s limited flexibility. salaried workers are treated like hourly workers. you have to charge your time to different contracts so anytime spent away from your desk is considered time you weren't working so you have to make up that time later or choose to use pto

Sfortunatamente, ho bisogno di trovare venti parole contro. Quando in realtà, dopo oltre 41 anni nell'IT, non ho svantaggi per Lockheed Martin. Non sono perfetti, ma altamente accettabili.
