Terrible management who treat team members poorly, when they don’t understand the persons job role. Management has a lack of understanding of job roles and the specific skill sets that those carrying out the roles have. Beware if you accept a fix-term-contract as they will get rid of you within that year. Some managers are bully’s and make the working environment extremely unpleasant. Unless you are an artist, do not apply to work here.
