Can be high stress at times due to the pace of growth. That said, the environment is such that you are never grinding alone. Management has committed to adding significant resources which we’ve already seen in motion.

Fairly social atmosphere with basic office themes, parties, birthdays, holidays.

As an IT office worker 50 percent of PTO/Vacation days were interrupted and turned into working days driven by phone calls. Complaints ignored.
