None really, enjoyed my time, now they were acquired

Loft9, like most companies, asserts that people come first, people are the greatest assets, they focus on developing their people, etc. The only difference? Loft9 is not full of it. Granted, I wasn't entirely sure that the feeling I got that this was true from the interview process would actually pan out but it did in the actual policies of the firm (training stipend, co-delivery, frequency of feedback, interactions with leadership, opportunities internally, sales process informed by your goals, etc.). So they back the words up with actions. For consulting, this is a rare and treasured culture, one that they've committed to maintaining through growth. The leadership team puts a lot of thought and effort in to those ideas.

It is less well known outside of Seattle, since right now, it's local to Seattle. So grandma and your highschool classmates may be less impressed initially until you describe your clients and roles which are just as impressive as any of the big professional services team.
