      Salary, different modern style of construction , builders don’t do warranty or have to deal with homeowners . Management does not micro manage their builders let you run your homes and schedule on your own terms

      This company used to be an awesome place to work.

      One of the partners had zero experience in real estate and ultimately made dozens upon dozen of changes consistently after construction had begin. This resulted in ridiculous delayed ND hundreds of thousands of dollars being flushed down the drain. Just heard this partner was recently diluted out of the company.
