      The Logentries product is taking off and times are good for the company. Every department seems to be growing, customers are mostly happy, and there's lots of good press about the company. They are picky about interviewing so all the employees are smart and talented.

      The work environment is pretty unique to say the least. The management team stay in meetings for most of the day and when they finally emerge will micro-manage your projects to death. The day-to-day offers very little flexibility and there's not much support to try new ideas to improve the business. Unfortunately, the management team are mostly "yes men", and will either fire or phase out employees with fresh ideas looking to innovate.

      -Great co-workers -Great location in Boston’s Innovation District -Flexible when it comes to working from home due to weather/illness -Product is well received and makes selling a lot easier than other products in the field -The training we received was from a world class organization and stands to improve everyone's skillset in their respective fields. -Tons of upward movement opportunity available.

      -Like any start up, there is a lot of room for process improvement and optimization. -Expected work day for the sales team is 8:30am-6pm most days. -Some employees in the past, had their differences with management which was frustrating to hear on a daily basis but part of working out kinks is weeding out employees that don't add a positive influence the team.
