I just moved back to India after pursuing my masters overseas. I never thought my work experience will be anything remotely the same but life has its ways of surprising you.

- There is no hopes here.

- Poor Management & Leadership – Lack of proper direction, transparency, and accountability from leadership. Decision-making feels disconnected from employees' concerns. - No Recognition for Hard Work – Efforts go unnoticed, and there is zero appreciation for dedication or extra contributions. - Toxic Work Culture – Employees are expected to overwork without fair compensation or a healthy work-life balance. Burnout is common. - Lack of Employee Support – No proper mentorship, training, or growth opportunities. Employees are treated as mere resources rather than valued professionals. - No Work-Life Balance – Unrealistic expectations force employees to sacrifice personal time, creating a high-stress environment. - Micromanagement & Politics – More focus on internal office politics rather than actual productivity and employee well-being.
