      -Most (if not all) positive reviews on here are from individuals who just joined the company - they make submitting a Glassdoor review part of the on-boarding checklist to boost ratings. Poor form. -Its this level of dishonesty every candidate should expect when joining LogicMonitor

The vast majority of our employees consistently rate LogicMonitor as a great place in many polls and surveys. We do ask as part of the onboarding process that new hires share their experience on Glassdoor, but we welcome reviews at any time. One of our core values is Better Every Day, and feedback is essential for improvement. We do not control or influence the content of employee reviews, and that is not even possible on Glassdoor.
