On the sales floor, it's a "what have you done for me lately" mindset. You could have an amazing quarter in sales then slump a bit in the next and then fear a bit about job security and career advancement.

Thank you for sharing. I'm glad you are enjoying the culture, and the people. We are constantly meeting and brainstorming ways to decrease the stress associated with the job. I had a meeting about it yesterday with 2 senior sales staff members. There are some upcoming changes that I think will help with this.
