      Sales are hard, and the commission doesn't always pay out. You need to be prepared to survive on $12 an hour with no opportunity for over time.

      Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you learned so much about digital marketing, and found LP to be a great place to start a career! I don't like your feelings about the pay model. We definitely reward hard work and have a commission heavy model for sales. This can be very lucrative when it's a good fit. With uncapped commissions and lifetime residuals, it's the most competitive sales model that I have seen in our industry.       Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.
