Vantaggi
-Training for my role was excellent. The trainers were great people, incredibly knowledgeable, and fun to work with. -Company culture. There is a great company culture here. I enjoyed working with literally everyone at Logical Position. -Top notch sales management. My direct manager was great. Any time I had a question or requested feedback, she was on it immediately. I can't speak directly to the rest of the managers, but they all seemed to be top of the line as well.
Svantaggi
-Base pay is low for the role. It was tough to get by financially in training at times because the rate was a flat $17 per hour, and required clocking in and out for lunch and at the beginning and end of the day. -Evaluation of salespeople is very tough, with no room for looking at things on a case by case basis. You're told right from the jump that you'll have to make a sale in 3 months, which is fair. However, you then have goals to hit every 2 months after and if you miss them, you're gone. While I can appreciate how upfront they were about this style of evaluation, I don't personally believe it's a great way to do it.
