Vantaggi

Lots of education. Youll definitely walk away with some knowledge which is nice. My co-workers were very nice and everyone was helpful for the most part.

Svantaggi

I started out very hopeful and excited. It sounded like a great opportunity and the pay once you make your first $1200 in revenue would have been decent. What they don't tell you is that you'll likely not make it that far. What you will do is all the leg work for the people above you. Your hard work will be used to make the company money long after youre gone. They make it sound like if you do what they tell you- claim the leads, make the calls, send the emails, manage your pipeline, ask co-workers to shadow them, ask them to shadow you, do their "continuing education". Basically if you put the effort in, want it bad enough, and do what's suggested the revenue will come. That was not my experience. Ive been in sales for 15 ish years. Every sales job Ive ever had Ive been at the top 10% the last 2 I was promoted to a management position within 6 months. I know it's a grind and I went in with that mindset. I worked hard. I did what was suggested (and more tbh) but at the end of the day you only have so much control over whether or not you get a sale because you won't be the one closing them. Gather data/intell for them, you build the relationships and you schedule the meetings. After that all you can do is hope and pray that who ever is running your audit cares about getting the sale as much as you do because youre the one that will be effected by the outcome good or bad. Not them, not really. I came away from this job feeling used, taken advantage of, and like I wasn't given a fair chance. They do all this hiring ever month knowing most of the people will be fired. Very few will stay on. How is it worth it for them? They get to pay less to have people do the leg work. Every lead I claim or "log" into their CRM stays with the company after I leave. Along with all the intell on the company (identified POC, relavent names/roles/contact info, notes on the people you speak to, notes on the business practices, structure, budget, goals. You take notes on every interaction. They are paying someone less to do the grunt work of bringing them business, gathering data and building the relationships. It's my belief that they hire at the rate they do for this reason and not for the reason they claim. My manager told me all I needed to focus on was setting up meetings. If I brought him meets he would make sure they close. Not true. I scheduled just as many meetings on average as my teammates. In fact I still had several meetings on the calendar when I was let go. Meetings they still conducted and im sure many of them did close. Just not in time for me to benefit.

Vantaggi

Great team of people on every level, from the training to the teams we are on when we get started- everyone is so supportive and they really make the workday more fun. The training and the amount of resources available really do lay a foundation for success in this role that's hard to beat.

Svantaggi

It's hard to say that there are really any "cons" because this job is entirely what you make of it.
