Very bad management, You must need to butter managers and BA. You can be fired at any stage without any compensation/notice. Work pressure is always. You have to seat in office whether you dont have any work. If you come and Go on time then you are in danger. Appraisal month is January but you can not get it before June-July. Always they give excuse crisis of funds. Appraisal for common employee is from 2000 to 5000 rs only. It's a trap you can not leave it before 1.6 years and notice is not negotiable at any condition.
