Approaching three years with Logikcull, a few key bits of insight I can share: (1) Ebb and flow is the natural course of sales, especially in a highly-competitive market embraced by the woes of a stormy economy. However, with the right team, you can rise above and achieve great things like consistent growth and stretch-goal-beating quarters Q after Q after Q. (2) Startups, even those that have been around for a while, harness change as a central attribute of their evolving DNA. The successful ones move quickly to experiment. (3) People are your greatest asset, and when they find a way to work together effectively, you’ve unlocked a rare opportunity to succeed as an individual and as a company. (4) Perspective and critical feedback are like protein - you need them to build, create, pivot, and ultimately survive. (5) Much like Rome, to name the cliche, the success of a SaaS business doesn't come in a day. As an individual contributor, a manager, and a community member, Logikcull has been fair to me, receptive to ideas, open to change and experimentation, and challenging in all the right ways. I have become better at what I do because people with experience and perspective choose to offer their insight and feedback on my process and tactics. People who lead this ship work outside the lines to listen to Gong calls, join conversations, check out messaging I’m deploying to market and offer constructive feedback. Rare, especially from the top CRO/CEO levels. From a GTM perspective, is there anything more validating than seeing a customer buy more and more (and more)? I've seen posts suggest that major revenue goals have been hit through current customer growth… This is the holy grail! SaaS businesses that succeed do so with a combination of net-new and current customer growth. Yes, it’s tough to watch tenured AEs upsell their way into juicy accelerators, but if you put in your sweat, that effort will bear the same fruit for you. This kind of validation is what makes me confident in Logikcull’s future. FWIW, this is coming from someone who has seen one SaaS startup go public and another acquired by an F500. Finally, Logikcull is transparent. You are never left wondering what the health of the business is, what tomorrow will look like, and if there is trouble brewing. You know, down to the cent. You’re a shareholder in this business, regardless of your role, and you feel that ownership every day. For what it’s worth, if after your first three months you don’t feel good about the way things are going, Logikcull will pay you to transition to a company that is a better fit. Yes, we will float you to cover the cost of the change. End of the day, people first.

I’m not going to list a collection of cons here. What I will say is I don’t have many because what I was told Logikcull is, is exactly what I found. It’s a challenge, it’s the underdog in a massive industry filled with competition, but we can beat any of’em if we work harder than all of’em. If it were easy, everyone would do it, and I like that it's not. We have some product enhancements to build, but we’re adding heads in product areas that will enable faster production. In the meantime, we’ll win on service support unlike any other. Goals will be lofty, and we will run with urgency, but the team around you will help reduce the headwinds. Leadership will push you, encourage you, motivate you, and question you with positive intent. Feedback will be critical and detailed. Ideas will be met with caution, but if you back them with data and bring solutions to problems, you can basically try anything. This is what you’re getting into when you join. Frankly, who would want it any other way?
