My tenure at this organization was marked by a profound lack of structural integrity and professional ethics, making it one of the most challenging chapters of my career. The most pressing issue was the chronic instability regarding compensation; disbursements were consistently delayed until the 10th or 15th of the following month, reflecting a broader disregard for employee welfare. This fiscal mismanagement was mirrored in the leadership style, where the management and direct supervisors demonstrated a significant lack of professional decorum and failed to honor even the most basic verbal or written commitments. Furthermore, the environment offered zero job security, and the internal operations were so disorganized that the professional experience gained is difficult to qualify as valid experience when pursuing external opportunities. The organization’s ethical shortcomings also extended to its clientele. Despite being a training institute, there were systemic failures in providing students with their earned certifications. Staff were frequently subjected to verbal reprimands and were expected to endure unprofessional treatment under the guise of 'company loyalty.' It is also important to note that the positive sentiment found on various review platforms is largely manufactured; many high-rating reviews are generated by SEO interns or current staff members to mask the high turnover rate—where some individuals depart within 48 hours of hire. While the company allocates significant capital toward high-profile marketing and influencer collaborations, they simultaneously fail to meet their primary obligation of timely payroll. I strongly advise any prospective candidate to exercise extreme caution and reconsider their association with this firm.

If I talk about good things, then my colleagues are very helpful.. The environment in which i am working is so good .. Hr activities are good there.. There is floor connect activity in which all the members are getting chance to interact with each other..
