1. Employees are never the priority in this company. Don’t expect things like annual performance evaluation, promotions, salary adjustments, AWS, and/or 13th month bonus. 2. Managers in the company generally Love To Talk Big. 3. LATE Salary Every Month. As for claims, I have already waited for more than a year, but haven’t gotten yet. When it comes to money, they will just drag as long as they can. 5. No career advancement. Those who are at the top, will stay at the top. Those who are at the bottom, will stay at the bottom. No matter how hard working you are. 6. Lack of standardisation, different staff has different working hours. Some working hours are shorter while some are longer. 7. High employees turnover (or disposable) rate. They don’t really care that you’re leaving, because they can always hire new ones to replace you.

Nothing is ever good. The moment sub con / supplier heard the name Logistics Construction Pte Ltd, they will run far away and will never look back.

1) CEO only come to site once in a blue moon. Come like a superstar just to take photo and put in the whatsapp group. Whenever a project is coming to an end/completion stage / nearing CNY, he will purposely find fault or find excuse and discriminate the staffs so as to avoid paying bonus. 2) No matter how hard you work, no one will notice it. Don't even think of bonus. Not even 13th month. All the director only care about their own fat pay check and their own bonus. 3) Salary never paid on time. From general workers salary and even staffs salary. They treat us worst than garbage. 4) They implemented HR management system. But it's still useless. Whenever the staff submit a claim e.g medical bill / phone bill, you will only get it 4-6 months later. 5) Totally ZERO team bonding / appreciation session e.g Annual company dinner / company trips etc. They just expect u to come to work and go home. Repeat the same cycle until you die. 6) No sub con willing to work for logistics construction. Because they know they will never receive their payment on time. In fact, they will find ways to slaughter the sub con. Same goes for supplier. Even the most basic supplier such as rebar / concrete, there will be payment issue. When there's delay in a project, the boss will just blame the whole team.
