Just about everything. Closest thing to slavery. Not that I was ever a slave. I am just quoting some of the Afro-Canadians that work there. Not that they would know. Though, yes, you are free to leave. To me, it's more like a snake pit. People crawling all over one another. Shame. Runs contrary to the way most people would prefer to work. But LIM is not after team work.If you can step on another guys's head to get ahead. Bonus. Which is stupid. Most people want to work as part of a team. At LIM you are pitted against your team-mate. He who can walk all over the other guy will win. It's corporate culture on the floor, Which doesn't work. On the floor, on the ice...you wanna have the other guys back. And not to stab it. And when your time has come you will know. Your supervisor will begin to ignore you. Your trainer will begin to ignore you.
