Good place to work for many. Nice coworkers and laid back environment for the most part. Many remote roles, good benefits including solid health insurance plans and generous time off (good amount of PTO, Christmas closure, 4-day weekend every quarter, etc).

Not a lot of smart leaders. Lots of lifers in high-level roles who seem to play favorites, lack business acumen and ability for foresee potential future challenges. The B2B conferencing business overstaffed during Covid without considering the fact that this type of growth was not sustainable. This resulted in multiple rounds of layoffs with some odd choices when it came to eliminating roles and impact on staff morale. Company is cheap in many ways. For example, everyone's expected to fly in economy class no matter the seniority or length of trip. Many senior people are traveling from California to Europe, spending 15+ hours in transit in economy each way for business needs. 401k match is below industry standard...only 50% on up to 6% in contributions.
