      The UKs MD is fun, real & driven to succeed. Great guy!! Head office team are great. Generous with bonus & one off perks to say thank you. Look for the people to make a big impact of the sale therefore hard work required. Lots of praise & recognition. Do things by the book!

      Some people know how to play the system & get away with it. Big focus on metrics rather than outcomes. Sometimes the real issues with access since Covid are overlooked!!

      Compensation is decent. The sales team is well taken care of but the rest of the company is belittled and often complains of the in office environments.

      Management is archaic and very conservative when it comes to their approach on how to run things. They frequently say it’s the “people” that matter most about the company but the presidents sole focus is on money. Not actually taking care of the people. Very cutthroat, they either like you or they don’t.
