Abbastanza reattivo alle richieste via email, ma probabilmente ci vorrà un giorno per ricevere una risposta. Integrazione fluida ed efficiente. Un modo eccellente per praticare le lingue. È stata un'esperienza positiva per il mio CV e mi è piaciuto molto fare visite guidate.

Svantaggi

Non risponde mai al telefono. Dovrai risolvere le richieste urgenti da solo. L'azienda si prende una fetta molto più grande delle prenotazioni rispetto alla maggior parte delle aziende del settore (quasi il 50%, secondo la mia esperienza). Dato che il costo per il cliente è piuttosto elevato, si aspetterà un'esperienza di prima qualità. Tuttavia, la guida turistica non ha ricevuto alcuna formazione e deve essenzialmente prendersi cura di ogni aspetto dell'esperienza del cliente. Molti locali conoscono un buon posto dove mangiare, ma non la storia della loro città in dettaglio. Il prezzo elevato fa sì che il cliente si aspetti entrambe le cose. Anche il sito web è un po' macchinoso.

payment can be regular for a while but then will suddenly not arrive until you have sent several emails to whoever is in charge. no protection against harassment, you're pretty much on your own with no safety measures put in place by the company If owner of company goes on vacation, you might not get paid and will have to chase down your money honestly, anyone can get hired. They don't check for xredentials or anything

Employees are asked to work weekends to ensure coverage, without additional pay. - Salary payments are not always on time. Delays have occurred due to "founder availability" or travel, which is unacceptable for a professional business. - Career growth discussions are often verbal and rarely honored. Roles tend to expand horizontally (more work) rather than vertically (leadership), regardless of hiring promises. - Bonuses are unreliable and the criteria for them changes retrospectively. Management has justified withholding bonuses citing "performance," but when presented with data proving otherwise, the narrative simply shifts to "budget constraints" without acknowledging achievements. - The company does not even provide corporate email addresses, forcing staff to use personal accounts. - Strategic decisions are often made on a whim by the founder, bypassing functional leads entirely. Even the Head of Operations is frequently left out of the loop on key changes, creating confusion and conflicting directives. - While the company hires globally, team meetings operates strictly on the founder's schedule. Employees in Asia are expected to attend meetings late at night or outside working hours, effectively punishing them for their location/working hours. - There was a recent layoff of nearly all senior and experienced members.
