The clients were friendly and great to work. Normal work hours with typical benefits (insurance and vacation)

Blind-sided on things with no opportunity for open discussion or alternative reaction. - Employees are required to multi-task above a normal level, handling three times the work that one would be hired for; no real compensation for the extra work leading to being underpaid when compared to those in the same market with the same work and education levels. - Numerous changes in staff over a small period of time
