The people are supportive and team based, and the goal is to execute on projects and tasks by making great long term decisions. You have to be able to pivot and adapt to succeed here. And you have to be willing to innovate and work hard! Management is dedicated to the teams' success - we practice high caring, high honesty, radical candor, and it can be rewarding and challenging to get that kind of feedback. If you have a low ego and you want to get really good at sales (for example) quickly, this is the place to do it. Great culture of freedom and responsibility. The company has an employees first mentality - lots of perks that go beyond the standard benefits.
